The reception of Saltzbork operates for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The price of staying in hotel rooms includes: Wi-Fi, parking, breakfast, and access to the SPA (every Monday is a sanitation day).
For an additional fee for guests of cottages:
Early check-in – from 8:00 to 14:00, late check-out – from 11:00 to 16:00 is provided subject to availability in the hotel or cottage and is paid additionally at 50% of the cost of the overnight stay.
Please, take care of the property and equipment of our complex. Follow fire safety rules. In case of fire alarm activation, remain calm and evacuate the premises according to the evacuation plan. Fire extinguishers are located in the hotel lobby and in the cottages.
Please inform the administration if you notice defects in equipment, electrical malfunctions, heating, and water supply.
Dear guests, in order to prevent misunderstandings that may arise in case you do not receive full and accurate information about the Rules of Stay at the leisure complex “Saltzbork” in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” (p.4 pt.1 art.4, pt.3 art.4) and the Rules for the use of hotels and similar means of accommodation and provision of hotel services (Order No. 19 dated 16.03.04), as well as rules of payment, booking cancellation, etc., please familiarize yourself with the following:
In case of a reduction in the duration of stay, penalty sanctions apply.
The bill is valid for deposit payment within 24 hours from the moment of booking. In case of non-payment, the reservation is automatically canceled. (The reservation is guaranteed upon payment of the cost of one day’s stay in advance. Prepayment can be made by bank transfer to the account provided to you.)
Upon check-in to a cottage or hotel room, full payment for the entire period of stay in the hotel is required, including all subsequent relocations. The reservation is considered complete only after full payment of the period of stay.
In case of cancellation of the reservation after making the prepayment within the period:
For children over 3 years old, payment for an additional bed is mandatory.
Please note: payment of the bill entitles to accommodation in the ‘Saltzbork’ complex exclusively for the number of persons specified in the bill and for which the cost of accommodation is calculated. Children, whose accommodation without the provision of a separate bed and breakfast is free (up to 3 years old), are not listed in the bill. Check-in is carried out after registration at the hotel reception and filling out a guest card, as well as upon presentation of identity documents. When checking into a cottage, you leave a cash deposit or a document as collateral; upon check-out from the cottage, if no damages are caused, the deposit is returned. Without a document, check-in is not possible.
Payment of the hotel’s invoice implies agreement with all the above conditions.
We adore your pets, but unfortunately, accommodation with them in the hotel room is not provided. If you want to bring your four-legged friend with you, choose cottages. Dogs weighing up to 8 kilograms and with a height at the withers of up to 40 cm are allowed.
Conditions for staying with pets:
In the absence of a carrier (enclosure), it is prohibited to leave pets unattended by the owners in the cottage and on the territory of the ‘Saltzbork’ complex.
Damage caused by animals is compensated separately from the accommodation cost in full, according to the invoice issued.
Smoking in the premises of the recreational complex (hotel, cottages, restaurants), on the territory, except for specially designated areas, is prohibited. Smoking cigarettes, electronic cigarettes is prohibited. For violation of this prohibition, the guest compensates for additional cleaning in the cottage/hotel room in the amount of 3000 hryvnias.
It is forbidden to leave unauthorized persons in the cottage/hotel room, as well as to pass them keys.
Bringing onto the territory of the cottage/hotel room and storing materials and items dangerous to the life and health of others (flammable items, explosives, toxic and chemical substances, weapons) is prohibited.
Using household electrical appliances, heaters, fire hazardous devices, open flame, etc., except for those included in the equipment of the cottage/hotel room, is prohibited.
Moving and removing furniture from the cottage/hotel room without coordination with the administration is prohibited.
Displaying aggression and actions that threaten the safety of life, health, or property of other individuals is prohibited.
Causing damage to the property of the cottage/hotel room is prohibited.
Independently eliminating malfunctions that occur during the use of electrical networks, electrical equipment, water supply, sewage, plumbing, and other items included in the equipment of the cottage/hotel room is prohibited.
Disconnecting fire alarm sensors is prohibited.
Pressing the fire alarm button without necessity is prohibited.
Using pyrotechnic devices, Bengal lights, candles in the cottage/hotel room and on the territory of the recreational complex is prohibited.
Guests terminate their stay at the Saltzbork leisure complex upon the expiration of the paid accommodation period.
If a guest violates the Rules of Residence, does not respond to the administration’s notices, creates inconvenience for other guests, the administration reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the stay of the guest (carry out eviction) without compensation for the cost of accommodation.
